I originally saw a different practitioner at another clinic. I didn’t get any specific answers about my condition and they gave me one stretch to do which aggravated the problem. I came to Core and saw Dr Ryan who assessed me through different tests and found the problem immediately that day. Then he gave me an adjustment and a practical treatment plan. I’ve been following the plan and I’m getting immediate results. There’s a lot of substandard operations out there. So unfortunately it’s hard to trust that you’re going to get results. I trust Dr Ryan with my treatment.

Today I had acupuncture at the Core Optimum Health and Performance by Scott Payne. The clinic is clean and relaxing. The acupuncturist (Scott) is knowledgeable, professional, and has a gentle, caring demeanor. I’ve been dealing with elbow pain and shoulder pain and after one session the firing pain has subsided. The Core Optimum a health has been there for me and my family for several years now. They worked with us through some of more serious sports injuries and some aches and pains that come out of nowhere including my plantar fasciitis! If you’re an athlete and recovering from an injury I recommend Dr. Ryan. He’s very knowledgeable and helpful. I’ve been to many physio places and none can compare to this one.
