September of 2009 Dr. Patrick Graham opened the Core Optimum Health & Performance Centre with the idea of using the experiences he had gathered from working as a member of the Toronto Blue Jays medical and training staff for the previous 17 years.
The Core Optimum Health & Performance Centre was to be a Team Centered Approach with the best practitioners and latest technologies. The team would not just treat symptoms but they would get to "The Core" of the condition, treat the cause and provide education and exercise for long term relief and return to the activities that one enjoyed. Fifteen years later we continue to work with the Toronto Blue Jays and Dr. Graham's ideals carry on. Let us get to "The Core" of your pain and dysfunction and get you back living the life you want.
