No other place I would go for physio. The employees are tremendous and very welcoming. They fixed my shoulder in quick fashion and I have continued to go there to work on my whole body.

I had an incredible experience with Dr. Lucas Rizzo at Core Optimum Health Centre! I came in with tight muscles and lower back discomfort, and the integrated treatment using acupuncture, cupping, and chiropractic care made a huge difference. Dr. Rizzo is highly knowledgeable, takes the time to explain everything thoroughly, and genuinely cares about your overall well-being. I felt immediate relief after my first session, and the ongoing treatments have only improved my mobility and energy. It was my first time trying The Core, and I had a really great experience! I’d also like to give a shout-out to Nikita, their massage therapist. She provided excellent service, and thanks to her, I was able to recover from some pain I had been experiencing. I highly recommend this clinic!

The environment is very welcoming, and the staff are kind and reassuring. I booked a chiropractic treatment, and when I arrived, I was warmly welcomed. They took their time to explain everything to me. Honestly, I was nervous at first because those TikTok videos had me thinking they might break my bones 😅But they assured me that’s definitely not the case. The appointment went really well. It helped relieve my back pain, and they even recommended an app with daily exercises to support posture correction and pain relief. It’s still an ongoing treatment, but I feel better every day. You seriously need to check this place out. Don’t let those TikTok videos scare you trust me, they won’t break your bones 😅 Overall, I give this place a solid 10/10 🔥

The staff were very friendly and accommodating! My full body massage with Nikita was also amazing - it made my back pain disappear. I would definitely recommend this to my family and friends!

As I enter The Core Optimum Health Centre, I immediately feel welcomed! They were all friendly! It was my first time getting checked up for physiotherapy, and my session with Dr. Ryan was very insightful. I did not know any goals in health, but Dr. Ryan ensured to educate me on best exercises to make the most of my time at the gym! Also, my full-body massage with Nikita is very relaxing! She released all my tensions and tight muscles with her massage. I definitely recommend Core services to my friends. I’ll certainly come back again too!
